Our Physical Therapy Services

Personalized, evidence-based treatment for a wide range of conditions — provided by Michigan-licensed Physical Therapists.

What We Offer

Our team designs individualized treatment programs to help you recover, rebuild strength, and prevent future injury. Results may vary by individual. Physical therapy is not a substitute for emergency or diagnostic medical care.

Orthopedic Rehabilitation

Designed to help patients recovering from musculoskeletal injuries, joint conditions, and orthopedic surgeries. Our licensed PTs may address mobility limitations, pain, and functional impairment through targeted therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and patient education.

May be appropriate for: sprains & strains, arthritis, fractures (post-casting), joint replacement recovery, tendinopathies, and more.

Post-Surgical Rehabilitation

Guided recovery programs following surgical procedures, designed to help you regain strength, range of motion, and function safely. We work closely with your surgeon's post-operative protocol throughout your recovery.

May be appropriate for: ACL reconstruction, knee/hip replacement, rotator cuff repair, spinal surgery, carpal tunnel release, and more.

Sports Injury Rehabilitation

Sport-specific rehabilitation programs designed to help athletes of all levels recover from injury and return to their sport safely. We address not only the injury site but also the contributing factors to help reduce recurrence risk.

May be appropriate for: ligament sprains, muscle strains, stress fractures, overuse injuries, shoulder/knee/ankle sports injuries, and more.

Back & Neck Pain Treatment

Targeted physical therapy for spinal conditions — designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and help you return to daily activities. Includes therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, postural education, and ergonomic guidance.

May be appropriate for: herniated discs, sciatica, cervicogenic headaches, lumbar/cervical sprains, degenerative disc disease, and more.

Manual Therapy

Skilled hands-on techniques performed by our licensed PTs — including joint mobilization, joint manipulation (where appropriate), soft tissue mobilization, and myofascial release — to help restore movement and reduce pain.

May be appropriate for: joint stiffness, restricted mobility, muscle tightness, and pain from musculoskeletal conditions.

Balance & Fall Prevention

Comprehensive balance assessment and progressive training programs designed to reduce fall risk and improve confidence. Includes vestibular rehabilitation for dizziness and BPPV conditions.

May be appropriate for: elderly patients, vestibular disorders, BPPV, Parkinson's disease, post-stroke recovery, and others at elevated fall risk.
